To access the full wee99 platform, you must register a single personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed.

All financial transactions on wee99 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is 500 PKR. Minimum withdrawal thresholds are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of requesting a withdrawal.

wee99 does not charge a platform fee on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which wee99 accepts no responsibility. All PKR amounts credited to your wee99 account reflect the net amount received after any provider deductions.

wee99 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined pending the outcome of such investigations.

wee99 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and sports betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, which are communicated clearly in English at the point of claiming the promotion.

Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn as real PKR. The applicable wagering multiple is stated in the specific promotion terms.

Bonus eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified account holders only. A player may not claim the same introductory bonus more than once. Attempting to do so across multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the wee99 platform, it is binding and may not be cancelled or amended by the player. In sports betting, live bets accepted after an in-play event has been settled may be voided at wee99's discretion.

In the event of a manifest error in odds, game results, or technical malfunction, wee99 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to player accounts in PKR. wee99's decision on errors is final.

All random number generation (RNG) used in wee99 casino games is certified by an independent testing authority. Live dealer games are conducted in real time and recorded for dispute resolution purposes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wee99 platform:

wee99 operates sophisticated monitoring systems that detect prohibited conduct. Accounts found to be engaged in any of the above activities will be immediately suspended. All PKR balances held in such accounts may be permanently forfeited.

wee99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a specified timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• A self-exclusion or responsible gaming request submitted by the player
• An account inactivity period exceeding 12 consecutive months

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money PKR balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Any unauthorised use of wee99 intellectual property may result in immediate account closure and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wee99 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any specific service
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunity resulting from use of the Platform
• Errors or omissions in game results, odds, or displayed PKR balances caused by technical faults
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers such as Easypaisa or JazzCash
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials

wee99's total liability to any player, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the PKR balance held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by wee99's own negligence.

wee99 collects and processes personal data from Pakistan players in order to operate the Platform, verify identities, process PKR transactions, and comply with applicable regulations. By creating a wee99 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw this consent at any time by requesting account closure, subject to wee99's legal obligation to retain certain data for regulatory purposes.

wee99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, wee99 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the wee99 platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which wee99 operates. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under Pakistan law.
